Individual Therapy 

My clients and I work together to identify goals and come up with solutions to work toward change. I use attachment theory to assist people in understanding how their past impacts their present. I believe the more we are able to understand about ourselves, the more we will be able to create change. I use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help people identify how their automatic thought patterns and negative core beliefs influence them. I also do focused work around developmental trauma, codependency, and relationship issues. 

Couples Therapy

I assist couples in understanding underlying dynamics, feelings, resentments and traumas at play. I provide  psychoeducation on attachment styles and help partners learn how to communicate directly, lovingly and effectively.
